How to make an order? Order can be made:
- Authorized Agent at your location will be able to order for you.
- Online Shop
- Just choose the products, quantities from the shop and add to the cart. You can view and update your cart before final checkout.
- You can check the shipping cost when you provide your location. The shipping cost will be automatically calculated base on total order and location.
- Once order is confirmed, just proceed to checkout and make the payment.

How to make payment? Payment can be made:
- Bank Deposit / Online Funds Transfer
- You have to manually transfer the payment either via internet banking (please use Instant Transfer if you're transferring from banks other than Maybank) or via Cash Deposit Machine (CDM).
- Buyer need to email or whatsapp the proof of payment (a clear picture or screenshot, along with reference number of transaction) for verification and faster order processing.

- If you want to pay using a credit card, you have to select Paypal method. Enter your name and shipping address. You’re prompted for your credit card, email address, and phone number. After reviewing your information, you may choose to save your information by creating a PayPal account to make future transactions faster.
- Bank Deposit / Online Funds Transfer
- Your Order will be delivered to you via Poslaju by POS Malaysia. At this juncture, delivery service is extended to Malaysia only.
- Shipping costs differ according to location and the total weight of the order. Shipping cost will be advise during order and prior to payment.
- Delivery will be made only on Mondays and Thursdays, except Public Holidays.
- Orders will only be shipped the following day after the shipping information and payment is confirmed.
- Please allow three (3) working days for Peninsular Malaysia and five (5) working days for East Malaysia including Labuan for delivery from date of delivery day.
- HADA understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly.
- There may be delays during peak season eg. festive season etc.
Change of Address
- The Customer need to notify HADA immediately of a change to his delivery address and contact number.
- Shipping addresses can be changed before your products are packed by our company.
- HADA is not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect shipping addresses.
At HADA your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a full refund. (Returned products must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging).
With HADA, 30 days return policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition.
